Test your configuration - Intergraph Smart 3D Web API - Update 2 - Installation & Upgrade - Hexagon

You use the Test button on the Welcome page to test the configuration of all components.

1. On any machine where the web API services are installed, open the Configuration Utility:

   Start > Intergraph Smart 3D > Web API Configuration Tool

2. On the Welcome page, click Test.

   

   The System Test dialog box appears, and the configuration tests run.

   

3. Click a component on the left to see it's full test results.

   If an error is encountered, no further tests are run against the component and an icon indicates a problem. For example:

   

4. To get more information about a test, hover over or click the icon.

5. After fixing any problems, click Refresh :

   • On the top-right of the test results for the component - To retest just that component.

   • At the top of the components list - To retest all components..
