Upgrade of Change Management models used for project as-built workflows are not supported in 14.
If the client workstation runs out of memory while upgrading the catalog or model
databases, a message is displayed stating that this has happened and the upgrade process
has stopped. If this occurs, restore the database backup and restart the upgrade process
again.
