Click Select
on the vertical toolbar.

Select Handrails in the Locate Filter.

Select the handrail to convert.

Click Convert on the handrail ribbon.
You should convert a handrail when you want to edit the positions of individual posts,
rails, or perform some other handrail customization that cannot be done using the
handrail symbol properties. Handrails that you have converted to member parts cannot
be converted back to a handrail symbol. To delete a converted handrail, you will need
to delete each handrail part individually.
