Click Reference Data Manager in the Plant Design System Environment pane.
The Reference Data Manager displays.

Click Table Checker.
The Table Checker dialog box displays.

Click Report Format.
The Table Checker Report dialog box displays.

Click Create.
The Table Checker Report Creation dialog box displays.

Type a number in the Report Number box.

Type a name in the Report Title box.

Type tbl_chk_2.fmt in the Report File Spec box, and then click Accept
.

Click Report Discrimination Data on the Table Checker dialog box.
The Table Checker Report Discrimination Data dialog box displays.

Click Create.
The Table Checker Discrimination Data Revision dialog box displays.

Type a number in the Number box, and type a description in the Description box.

Type tbl_chk_2.fmt in the File Specification box, and then click Accept
.

Click Select Piping Materials Class.
-
Select the classes to extract, and then click Accept
.
Press CTRL + click to select multiple classes.

Click Report on the Table Checker dialog box.
The Table Checker Report dialog box displays.

Click Create.
The Table Checker Report Creation dialog box displays.

Fill in the Report Number, Report Title, and Report File Spec boxes.

Select the report format file (tbl_chk_2.fmt).

Select the report discrimination data file (tbl_chk_2.fmt).

Click Accept
, and then submit the batch job.
The software writes the final report to the Report folder when the batch job completes.
