  1. Click Tools > Run Report Command to open the Run Report Dialog.

  2. On the Catalog Reports tab, expand the Types of Reports > Diagnostic node.

  3. Select Diagnostic Clean Database Issues report.This report reflects any problems found or fixed by the Database Integrity command.

    Selecting one of the following report types is also appropriate:

    • Diagnostic Clean Database Issues Grouped by Problem Description

    • Diagnostic Clean Database Issues Grouped by Status

    • Diagnostic Clean Database Issues with Column Filters

  4. Click Run. An example of the Excel report output is shown below:

Reports can be created persistently in Drawings and Reports and scheduled in the drawing batch server to run periodically after a scheduled database integrity (DBI) check.
