Click Tools > Common Part Utilities > Test Rules to display the Test Rules Ribbon.

Select XML from the Mode list to display the Select an XML Comparison file window.

Select the required XML file.

Click Open to update the Comparison Rule and make the Select Parts to Compare
command available.

Select the parts to compare.

Click Accept
.

Click Results to display the Rule Results dialog box.

The result also displays the status All parts are common or Found some un-common parts.

The properties of the non-common parts highlight in red.
-
You can save the results.
