Stage
Shows the sequence number of the displayed assembly stage. You can select from a list of actual sequence numbers for the selected assembly. The items added at the listed stage display as graphically distinct from assembled items and are distinguishable in the Workspace Explorer. Use this option to jump from one sequence stage to another.
Play Sequence
Indicates how the software displays the sequence. You can switch between Manual and Auto at any point in the sequence.
Manual
Indicates that the software displays a sequence you specify using the controls on this ribbon. This is the default action.
Auto
Indicates that the software displays the sequence specified using Sequence or the Assembly Sequence Form Dialog Box . You can also specify the Mode and Interval.
Mode
Indicates how the automatic play sequence plays nested subassemblies. This option is only available when Play Sequence is set to Auto.
Active
Indicates that the software plays only the active assemblies.
Nested
Indicates that the software steps into all nested subassemblies.
Interval
Indicates the length of time that the software displays each part. This option is only available when Play Sequence is set to Auto.
Play
Plays the sequence. This option is only available when Play Sequence is set to Auto.
Pause
Pauses the sequence. If you click Play after you click Pause, the software resumes the sequence where you paused. This option is only available when Play Sequence is set to Auto.
Stop
Ends the sequence. If you click Play after you click Stop, the software starts from the beginning of the sequence. This option is only available when Play Sequence is set to Auto.
Back
Moves the assembly sequence to the previous sequence number. All items not represented at the previous stage are removed from the private graphic view. This option is only available when Play Sequence is set to Manual.
Forward
Moves the assembly sequence to the next sequence number and shows all items represented at the next sequence stage. This option is only available when Play Sequence is set to Manual.
To Start
Moves the assembly sequence to the initial sequence number. All items not represented at the initial stage are removed from the private graphic view. This option is only available when Play Sequence is set to Manual.
To End
Moves the assembly sequence to the final sequence number and shows all items represented at the final stage. The view that displays is identical to the one produced with the Tools > Assembly Views > Show Assembly View command. This option is only available when Play Sequence is set to Manual.
Step Out
Moves the assembly sequence out of a nested subassembly. This option is only available when Play Sequence is set to Manual.
Step In
Moves the assembly sequence into a nested subassembly. This option is only available when Play Sequence is set to Manual.
Previous Stage
Moves the assembly sequence to the previous stage in the nested subassembly. This option is only available when Play Sequence is set to Manual.
Next Stage
Moves the assembly sequence to the next stage in the nested subassembly. This option is only available when Play Sequence is set to Manual.
Type
Controls how the software displays weight and dimension properties.
Accumulated
Indicates that the software lists accumulated weight and dimensions of the items contained by the assembly at the current stage.
Sequence
Indicates that the software lists the properties of the items being added at the current stage.
Assembly
Indicates that the software lists only the properties for the selected assembly.
Weight
Lists the weight of all subparts and subassemblies according to the Type option.
Length
Lists the combined range box length of all subparts and subassemblies according to the Type option.
Width
Lists the combined range box width of all subparts and subassemblies according to the Type option.
Height
Lists the combined range box height of all subparts and subassemblies according to the Type option.
View Direction
Specifies the view orientation of the selected assembly.
Weight & Range
Displays or hides the Weight, range (Length, Width, and Height), and Type property information. The software does not calculate weight or range if Weight & Range is not selected.
Properties
Displays or hides the assembly sequence property information.
Child
Displays the part name of the currently playing part.
Assembly
Displays the properties associated with the currently selected assembly.
