Select the block, assembly or assembly block to view the common parts.

Click Tools > Common Part Explorer or right-click on the block, assembly or assembly block in the Workspace Explorer, and click Common Part Explorer.

Click Workspace or Database to view all the common parts. To highlight all the parts under a group, select Highlight Group and hover the mouse on the common part group.
If you want the parts to fit in graphic view, right-click the common part group,
and select Fit.

If necessary, select an item from the Filter box to display the hierarchy for only that common part folder.

Click Refresh
, or right-click in the white space of the Common Part Explorer, and then click Refresh to update all objects in the Common Part Explorer.

Parts that are not common are grouped under the folder Uncommon Parts.

Groups are classified according to object types. Comparison rules check for all properties such as inner and outer contours, material grade, and thickness.
