If you move a pipe run in working state connected to another pipe run in non-working state, the software disconnects them. The software retains the base parts at the connection, and deletes the mating parts and associated connections in working state. If a mating part or a connection is in non-working state or at a different satellite location, the software generates a To Do Record (TDR). To complete the disconnection you must update the corresponding TDR. You can only update the TDR if you have Write access on the object.

If moving a selection is restricted by adjacent features, use the Disconnect Command to disconnect that selection, and then use the Move Command to move the selection without disturbing the rest of the network.
