Click Select
on the vertical toolbar.

Select Piping Features in the Locate Filter.

Select the component, such as a valve, to rotate.

Click Rotate
and move the mouse to rotate the component.

Click to release the component at the new rotation angle.
You also can enter a rotation angle in the Angle box.
