The Intergraph Smart 3D Integration Service, previously called the Intergraph Smart 3D Share Service, is a separately installed component you must run after you install Smart 3D. See Set up the Integration Service.

Smart 3D now only supports integration with HxGN SDx2. Integration support with HxGN SDx has been discontinued. Integration with SmartPlant Foundation is still supported. Smart 3D and Smart 3Dx documentation has been updated to reflect this change. (4182158)

Topics for integrating PDMS data into Smart 3D and then synchronizing with HxGN HxGN SDx2 have been added. A PDMS best practice section has also been added to show how to generate a Smart Interop Object for a custom PDMS property so that it can be imported in Smart 3D.
