After you create a Smart Interop Publisher project, add your PDS source files and perform the translation. If you have custom properties, make sure you have completed the mapping and placed the .xlsx file in an accessible folder. Follow the translation steps listed below.

On the Smart Interop Publisher Models View, select the project you just created.

On the Source Files Grid, click Add , and then select the exported.zvf file. Make sure the .xml and .zvf (data and graphics) files are in the same folder.

Select each source file to use in creating the Smart Model, and then click Translate .
Use SHIFT+ or CTRL+ key combinations to select multiple source files.

On the Translate Source File Dialog, type a name and location for the Smart Model.

Select the project Settings Group you defined earlier in Create a Project in Smart Interop Publisher for PDS Data.

If you used custom mapping, set the Mapping Options to Custom and select the Mapping Files Location of the custom PDS mapping template file you edited.

Select Translate.

To schedule the translation for a later time, select Schedule to open the Schedule Translate dialog.The software displays the resulting Smart Model in the Smart Models Grid. Right-click the Smart Model and select the Open File Locations Command to see the files created from the translation.
