You must remove the previous Oracle client version before installing the new version.

  1. Navigate to the Oracle 64-bit client home folder.

  2. Run the deinstall.bat file found there.

  3. Reboot the computer.

  4. Delete the Oracle 64-bit home folder.

  5. Navigate to the Oracle 32-bit client home folder.

  6. Run the deinstall.bat file found there.

  7. Reboot the computer.

  8. Delete the Oracle 32-bit home folder.
