Select Tools > Assembly Arrangements > Block Assignment.

Select Stop to stop the block assignment process.

Select Close to close the dialog.
You must have read and write permissions to the model database to start and stop
the block assignment process. For more information about access permissions, see your
Smart 3D administrator.
