Log on to the server as a local administrator.

Run setup.exe with administrator privileges.

On the Select Configuration Option page, select Set Up Software Only. Select Next.

On the Select Database Installation Options page, select Single instance database installation. Select Next.

On the Select Database Edition page, select Standard Edition 2 or Enterprise Edition. Select Next.

On the Specify Oracle Home User page, define the user under which Oracle will run. Select Next.
The password must be longer than 13 characters and contain a number, an uppercase
letter, and one special character.

On the Specify Installation Location page, specify the installation folder. Select Next.

On the Summary page, select Install.

Select Close when the installation has completed.
