Each spring type has a specific set of dimension attributes that govern the parts functionality and controlling port locations. Though many of the dimension attributes are common to all spring types, they are interpreted differently depending on spring type. For more information, see Dimension Details (Variable Spring).

IJUAhsHeight1::Height1

Specifies the total height of the spring casing. This value includes all shapes that are used to make the casing and is common to all spring types.

IJUAhsOffset1::Offset1

Specifies the offset of a port with respect to a user-defined location on the spring. Each spring has a unique offset value.

IJUAhsOffset2::Offset2

Specifies the offset of a port with respect to a user-defined location on the spring. Each spring has a unique offset value.

IJUAhsLength1::Length1

Specifies the length of the load column. This value does not affect the functionality of the part, but is used to model how far the column extends into the spring and does not affect port locations.

IJUAhsGap1::Gap1

Specifies the distance between the two top lugs on a Type C spring.

IJUAhsRodTakeOut::RodTakeOut

Specifies the minimum working range load for RodTakeOut. This property is used in the calculations that determine the InstalledRodTakeOut of the installed load. Also, this value is used by Type A, B, C, and G springs.

IJUAhsRodAddIn::RodAddIn

Specifies the minimum working range load for RodAddIn. This property is used in the calculations that determine the InstalledRodAddIn of the installed load. Also, this value is used by Type D and E springs.

IJUAhsColumnHeight::ColumnHeight

Specifies the minimum working range load for the column height. This property is used in the calculations that determine the InstalledHeight of the installed load.

IJUAhsColumnHeightMin::ColumnHeightMin

Specifies the minimum allowable column height at the minimum working range load. This property is used by Type F springs.

IJUAhsColumnHeightMax::ColumnHeightMax

Specifies the maximum allowable column height at the minimum working range load. This property is used by Type F springs.

IJUAhsRodLength::RodLength

Specifies the length of the top rod in a Type E spring. The actual rod is not included with the part, but this length affects the port locations and the location of the turnbuckle.

IJUAhsCC::CC

Specifies the distance between the centerlines of the road connected to a Type G spring.

IJUAhsCCMin::CCMin

Specifies the minimum allowable CC dimension.

IJUAhsCCMax::CCMax

Specifies the maximum allowable CC dimension.

IJUAhsBBGap::BBGap

Specifies the back-to-back gap between the steel sections of a Type G spring. If this value is negative, only one section is modeled. If this value is greater than zero, two sections are modeled back-to-back.

IJUAhsShoeHeight::ShoeHeight

Specifies the height of the shoe. This value is used by Type F and G springs to control the location of the route port.

IJOAhsPipeOD::PipeOD

Specifies the outer diameter of the pipe. This property is used by Type F and G springs to control the location of the route port.
