The following properties define the basic geometry of the guide.

IJUAhsWidth1::Width1

Specifies the width of the base plate. Width1 is required if Thickness1 > 0.

IJUAhsLength1::Length1

Specifies the depth of the base plate. Length1 is required if Thickness2 > 0.

IJUAhsThickness1::Thickness1

Specifies the thickness of the base plate. If Thickness1 < 0, the base plate is not included.

IJUAhsWidth2::Width2

Specifies the width of the vertical plate.

IJUAhslength2::Length2

Specifies the length of the vertical plate.

IJUAhsThickness2::Thickness2

Specifies the thickness of the vertical plate.

  • Thickness2 is required if vertical steel is not used.

  • Thickness2 is required if vertical steel is used and section configuration is vertical.

IJUAhsWidth3::Width3

Specifies the width of the horizontal plate.

IJUAhsLength3::Length3

Specifies the depth of the horizontal plate.

IJUAhsThickness3::Thickness3

Specifies the thickness of the horizontal plate. Thickness3 is used only when GuideHeight is less than Thickness2.

IJUAhsWidth4::Width4

Specifies the width of the block plate.

IJUAhsLength4::Length4

Specifies the depth of the block plate.

IJUAhsThickness4::Thickness4

Specifies the thickness of the block plate.

IJUAhsOffset1::Offset1

Specifies the distance between the edges of the horizontal and the vertical plate.

IJUAhsGap1::Gap1

Specifies the gap between two vertical plates or between the cardinal points of the steel sections.

IJUAhsGuideHeight::GuideHeight

Specifies the distance between the bottom edge of the vertical plate and top edge of the horizontal plate.When the GuideHeight is provided, Thickness3 value is ignored and calculated as Thickness3 = GuideHeight - Thickness2.

VerPlSecStand, VerPlSecSize and VerPlSecType are optional if vertical steel sections are not used.

IJUAhsVerPlSecStand::VerPlSecStand

Specifies the section standard for the vertical plate.

IJUAhsVerPlSecSize::VerPlSecSize

Specifies the section size for vertical the plate.

IJUAhsVerPlSecType::VerPlSecType

Specifies the section type for vertical the plate.

IJUAhsAngle1::Angle1

Specifies the rotation angle of the first vertical section along its longitudinal axis.

IJUAhsAngle2::Angle2

Specifies the rotation angle of the second vertical section along its longitudinal axis.

  • Each angle is applied about the cardinal point specified.

  • The angle is ignored if the section is not specified or a plate is used instead.

IJUAhsConnection1::Connection1

Specifies the cardinal point of the first vertical section. It determines the connection point of the steel section.

SHARED Tip For more information, see the CrossSectionCardinalPoints codelist in the Allcodelists.xls.

IJUAhsConnection2::Connection2

Specifies the cardinal point of the second vertical section. It determines the connection point of the steel section.

SHARED Tip For more information, see the CrossSectionCardinalPoints codelist in the Allcodelists.xls.

IJUAhsMirrored1::Mirrored1

Indicates whether the first vertical steel section is mirrored about the specified cardinal point. If not specified, the section is not mirrored.

IJUAhsMirrored2::Mirrored2

Indicates whether the second vertical steel section is mirrored about the specified cardinal point.If not specified, the section is not mirrored.

IJUAhsSecConfig::SecConfig

Specifies if the vertical steel section is vertical or horizontal.

  • Length2 is required if SecConfig is horizontal.

  • Thickness2 is required if SecConfig is Vertical.

IJUAhsHorPlSecStand::HorPlSecStand

Specifies the section standard for the horizontal plate.

IJUAhsHorPlSecSize::HorPlSecSize

Specifies the section size for the horizontal plate.

IJUAhsHorPlSecType::HorlSecType

Specifies the section type for the horizontal plate.

IJUAhsCPXOffset::CPXOffset

Specifies the offset of the cross section shape with respect to the cardinal point horizontally. CPXOffset is required when cross section is rotated.

IJUAhsCPYOffset::CPYOffset

Specifies the offset of the cross section shape with respect to the cardinal point vertically.

IJUAhsAngle3::Angle3

Specifies the rotation angle of the first horizontal section along its longitudinal axis.

IJUAhsAngle4::Angle4

Specifies the rotation angle of the second horizontal section along its longitudinal axis.

IJUAhsConnection3::Connection3

Specifies the cardinal point of the second horizontal section. It determines the connection point of the steel section.

SHARED Tip For more information, see the CrossSectionCardinalPoints codelist in the Allcodelists.xls.

IJUAhsConnection4::Connection4

Specifies the cardinal point of the second horizontal section. Determines the connection point of the steel section.

SHARED Tip For more information, see the CrossSectionCardinalPoints codelist in the Allcodelists.xls.

IJUAhsOffset2::Offset2

Specifies the offset value of the horizontal section from the connection point.

HorPlSecStand, HorPlSecSize and HorPlSecType are optional and not required if Length3, Width3 and Thickness3 are defined. Length3 and Thickness3 are optional and not required if HorPlSecStand, HorPlSecSize and HorPlSecType are defined.

IJUAhsSolidBaseVerPl::SolidBaseVerPl

Specifies which solid shapes would be used to create the base plate and the vertical plate. This attribute uses the YES/NO codelist.

  • YES – Base plate and vertical plate are one solid shape.

  • NO –Separate solid shapes are used to create base plate and vertical plate.

IJUAhsSolidVerHorPl::SolidVerHorPl

Specifies which solid shapes are used to create horizontal plate and vertical plate. This attribute uses the YES/NO codelist.

  • YES – Vertical and horizontal plates are one solid shape.

  • NO –Separate solid shapes are used to create the horizontal and the vertical plate.

Using the above properties different combinations of base, horizontal and vertical plates can be defined.
