Open the Drawings.xls workbook.

Select the Drawing Volume Properties sheet.

Select a row after the Start keyword but before the End keyword, and click Insert > Rows.

In column A, type A to indicate a new drawing volume part class will be added during the next bulkload.
The left-most column (column A) of the sheet specifies the bulkload action taken with regard to the row. For example, an A in the column indicates the drawing volume part class is being added; the letter D specifies the class is deleted; the letter M indicates the class is modified. A ! symbol specifies that the row is ignored during bulkloading.

In the PartNumber column, type a part number for the drawing volume part class.

Define the remaining properties for the new drawing volume part class.

Save the Drawings.xls workbook.

Bulkload the workbook into the catalog.
