Click Insert > Construction Graphics.

Select More from the System list.

Select the system under which you want to group the construction graphics.

Click OK.

Click Arc
under Graphic Type on the Construction Graphics Ribbon.

Select By center from the Draw option.

Click in the graphic view to place the center point
of the arc.
The default plane behavior is No Plane. To place the graphic along a plane, select the plane from the Plane option.

Click again in the graphic view to designate the start point
of the arc.

Click a final time in the graphic view to designate the end point
of the arc.

Click Close to exit the command.
