Select Tools > Utilities > Route Smart Interop Diagnostics to view the Route Smart Interop Diagnostics dialog.

To validate and repair objects, select one of the following options in the Execute Checks on section:

  • Active Selection validates and repairs the selected objects.

  • Select one or multiple SIO runs lets you select the objects to be validated.

  • By Filter lets you to select objects to validate and repair using object filters.

Select one or more of the following options:

  • Data Options

    • Location of Piping Ports: Checks and corrects the position of flanged piping ports. This option is for data imported from PDS.

    • Location and Orientation of Parts: Checks and corrects the position and orientation of piping components. This option is for data imported from PDS.

    • Location of Part Override Data: Checks and corrects the position and orientation of piping bends. This option is for data imported from PDS and PDMS.

    • Connection Items (Welds and Clamps): Checks and corrects the position and orientation of connection items like welds, clamps, and so on. This option is for data imported from PDS.

  • Relation Options

    • Parts with Missing Parent: Checks and corrects parts with missing parent relationships.

    • Branch Validation (Olets): Checks and corrects connections between branch and header pipes. This option is for data imported from PDS and PDMS.

    • Part Connectivity: Checks and corrects physical connections of piping parts.

    • Run Connectivity: Checks and corrects logical connectivity of piping runs.

The Parts with Missing Parent and Part Connectivity options are not yet implemented.

The Part Connectivity and Run Connectivity corrections will replace the Custom Commands Detect and Repair SIO Runs with Missing Run End Relations and the Detect Discontinuous Runs.

When prompted, select Yes to view the log file. The log file displays all the changes made by the command.

The Log File box displays the location of this log file.
