Most of the Smart 3D Admin Web API actions read from and write to the Smart 3D server file system. For these actions to work:

The path must be writeable for all users configured on the Smart 3D server.

The path must have enough storage to accommodate backup files or other content being written.
Specifically, this applies to the paths you specify for any parameter with Path in the parameter name, such as:

backupFilesPath

backupConfigurationFilePath

templateFilePath
-
sharedContentPath
