Layer
Displays the active layer on the drawing sheet. You can change the active layer by selecting from a list of all the layers on the active sheet. Typing a new layer name creates a new layer.
Change Layer
Accesses the Change Layer dialog box so that you can change the layer of elements. This option is available only when you have selected a set of elements on the drawing.
Layer Display
Accesses the Layer Display dialog box. This dialog box has a Layer list that you can use to display or hide layers on the drawing sheet.
