Set the Home View - Intergraph FreeView - Help

Intergraph FreeView provides a Home feature that enables you to return to the default top-right isometric view of your mode.

The near and far clipping planes are always reset to zero (or none) when you tap Home, or press H.

Access the Home View

• On the menu bar, tap Home at any time to return to the home view.

Create a Custom Home View

You can create a customized home view in Intergraph FreeView for the current work session.

1. Set up the view to use in the main window.

2. Press CTRL and tap Home .

   This custom view displays each time you tap Home in the current work session.

Reset to the Default View

To reset a customized home view back to the original default view, press SHIFT+CTRL and tap Home .

You can also use the keyboard to perform the above Home functionality.

• Press H to return to the default view.

• Press CTRL + H to create a custom home view.

• Press CTRL + SHIFT + H to reset a customized home view back to the original default home view in the current work session.
