Fetch a Deleted Drawing - Intergraph Smart P&ID - 11.0 - Administration & Configuration - Intergraph

Before performing this scenario, ensure that you have completed all the prerequisite activities described in Sample Project Workflows.

1. In Drawing Manager, select Project 1 and check out Drawing C from the Plant.

2. Open Drawing C.

3. Claim Flow Indicator FI-100.

4. Change the Tag Sequence Number of the Flow Indicator from 100 to 101.

5. Exit Drawing C.

   Drawing C becomes Drawing C'.

6. In Project 2, fetch Drawing C from the Plant.

7. Open Drawing C.

8. Claim Flow Indicator FI-100.

9. Change the Tag Sequence Number of the Flow Indicator from 100 to 202.

10. Exit Drawing C.

    Drawing C becomes Drawing C''.

11. In Project 1, delete Drawing C'.

12. In Project 2, check out Drawing C from the Plant without replacing the existing P&ID.

13. In Project 3, fetch Drawing C'' from Project 2.

14. Open Drawing C''.

15. Add a Generic Tray to the vessel.

16. Exit Drawing C''.

    Drawing C'' becomes Drawing C'''.

17. In Project 2, undo the check-out of Drawing C''.

18. In Project 3, check out Drawing C from the Plant, ensuring that the existing P&ID is not replaced.

    Drawing C becomes Drawing C''' in Project 3.

19. Open Drawing C'''.

20. Claim Flow Indicator FI-202.

21. Exit Drawing C'''.

    Drawing C''' becomes Drawing C'''' in Project 3.

22. Check in Drawing C''''.

23. In Project 1, select Revisions > Fetch Deleted Drawing and select deleted Drawing C'.

24. Check out Drawing C'''' from the Plant, ensuring that the existing P&ID is not replaced.

    Drawing C'''' becomes Drawing C' in Project 1.

25. Attempt to check in Drawing C'.

    Unclaimed changes prevent check-in.

26. Open Drawing C'.

27. Claim the vessel.

28. Claim Flow Indicator FI-101.

29. Perform Compare and Refresh for the generic vessel tray.

30. Exit Drawing C'.

31. Check in Drawing C'.
