Fetch Older Drawing Versions and OPCs - Intergraph Smart P&ID - 11.0 - Administration & Configuration - Intergraph

Before performing this scenario, ensure that you have completed all the prerequisite activities described in Sample Project Workflows.

1. In Project 1, check out Drawing G.

2. Open Drawing G.

3. Claim the vessel, Nozzle N1, and the pipe run connected to the nozzle.

4. Delete from model the vessel and Nozzle N1.

5. Exit Drawing G.

   Drawing G becomes Drawing G'.

6. In Project 2, create Drawing H.

7. In Project 3, create Drawing I.

8. In Project 2, fetch Drawing I from Project 3.

9. Open Drawing H.

10. Place 3 Piping Off Drawing OPCs (OPC1, OPC2, and OPC3), sending the partner OPCs to the Drawing I stockpile.

11. Make a note of the OPC tags.

12. Exit Drawing H.

    Drawing H becomes Drawing H'.

13. Open Drawing I.

14. Place OPC3 into Drawing I from the Drawing I stockpile.

15. Exit Drawing I.

    Drawing I becomes Drawing I'.

16. In Project 2, check in Drawing I', removing it from the project.

17. Fetch Drawing I' into Project 3 from the As-Built, overwriting the drawing.

18. In Project 3, open Drawing I'.

19. Claim OPC2 (in Drawing I stockpile).

20. Using the Move to Different Stockpile command, move OPC2 into the Project 3 Plant stockpile.

21. Exit Drawing I'.

    Drawing I' becomes Drawing I''.

22. In Project 1, check in Drawing G'.

23. In Project 3, fetch Version 1 of Drawing G' from As-Built.

    To fetch the correct version of Drawing G', do the following:

    1. On the Fetch dialog, select History.

    2. On the Version History dialog, select Version 1.

24. In Project 2, check in Drawing H', leaving the drawing in the project.

25. Open Drawing H'.

26. Claim OPC1, OPC2, and OPC3.

27. Exit Drawing H'.

    Drawing H' becomes Drawing H''.

28. In Project 3, check in Drawing I''.
