Batch Manager accepts input from the mouse, keyboard, and menus. Other methods of input are available, such as mouse-selectable toolbar buttons and keyboard accessible hotkeys (for example, CTRL+F). These methods are useful for users who are more familiar with Batch Manager, and wish to select actions more quickly and succinctly.
In general, the availability of commands in either menus or the toolbar depends on what is currently selected or active. If no object in a particular queue or server view is selected, commands apply to the currently active window.
