If Integrity is configured to use Application Authentication, administrators can unlock user accounts that are locked. If a user types the wrong password five times, their Integrity account is locked for security purposes.

To unlock a locked Integrity user account:

  1. In the Admin Utility, click the Users and Groups link.

  2. Click on the Users tab.

  3. Select the desired user.

  4. Click Edit User.

  5. Clear the Account Locked check box.

  6. Click Save.
