Click File > Compare with File > Set Properties to Not Compare.

In the Set Properties to Ignore dialog box, select the check box beside any properties that you want to ignore during all comparison operations.

The list of properties to ignore is stored in the registry on the machine used for comparison operations. Therefore, subsequent comparisons performed on the same machine ignore the same properties. Comparisons performed on other machines use the list stored there.

SchemaRevVer is flagged to be ignored by default. If you do not choose any properties to ignore, then only the SchemaRevVer property is ignored.
