A document has previously been published in an integrated environment. That document is now part of an Off-Site project and is revised. You now want to publish the document back to the integrated environment. If during the revision process, you use a revision scheme that is compatible with the previously published revision scheme, the Revise dialog box displays that revision scheme as the default. You can accept the default revision scheme or change it. In addition, SmartPlant recognizes that the major revision is the last revision set by the tool.

If you change the revision and that revision is not compatible with the previously published revision scheme, a message appears saying that your document does not have a valid revision and cannot be published.

If the document is published to SmartPlant Foundation with revision number C, you are not allowed to go back to the previous revision numbers.
