In Aspen Basic Engineering Explorer, click SmartPlant > Retrieve.

Select the PBS document in the Retrieve dialog box, and then click OK.
The software displays the retrieve status in the Retrieving message box. When the document has been retrieved, a message box lets you know that the retrieve was successful.
When you retrieve the PBS document from SmartPlant Foundation into Aspen Basic Engineering,
the software automatically updates the database. No tasks appear in the Aspen Basic
Engineering To Do List as a result of the retrieve.
