SmartPlant Enterprise combines one or more authoring tools, such as Smart 3D, Smart Electrical, Smart Instrumentation, Smart P&ID, and Aspen Basic Engineering with a SmartPlant Foundation database so that data can be published and retrieved. The SmartPlant Foundation database is the data repository for this integrated environment.
