The SAP Project Mapping screen is a tool for mapping SAP objects to the primary EcoSys cost control structure.
Once the SAP project structure has been imported, it will show in the left side panel. The EcoSys cost control structure will be displayed on the right side.
The PO Cost and Actuals fields will show values for SAP objects where transactions have been imported. These are the objects which should be mapped to EcoSys. Depending on how the SAP system has been configured, costs may show at the WBS, Activity or Order levels.
When you click on the PO Cost or Actuals links, it will display the transactions imported from SAP for that object in the bottom panel of the screen layout.
By clicking on the Object Name, it will show the mapping rules associated with that object in the bottom panel. The Source Path ID is the SAP object and the Target Object Path ID is the EcoSys cost object it is mapped to.
