Import planned costs totals from SAP to EcoSys as transactions. These totals are pulled from the following SAP tables: COSS (secondary costs, internal costs) and COSP (primary costs, external costs)

Job Parameters

The parameters are specified in the EcoSys Connect Settings Maintenance screen under the "Default" SAP Import Group:

SAP ledger number is usually 00. Providing this value affords a performance gain as this field is part of database index.

SAPVersion

 

Specifies the VERSION value in SAP on which to filter. The default is to include all

FALSE

If True, read from the COSS table (internal postings), otherwise read from COSP (external postings)

CostElementRangeStart

 

Cost Element range starts.

CostElementRangeEnd

 

Cost Element range ends.

CostElementCategoryRangeStart

 

Cost Element Category range starts.

CostElementCategoryRangeEnd

 

Cost Element Category range ends.

CostElementRangeMatch

 

Cost Element range matches (either INCLUDE or EXCLUDE), which determines the behavior for cost elements in the specified range.
