The SAP Connector expects that an agent called "Connect Agent" exists in your Connect environment. This Agent should already be setup as part of the Connect install. If this agent does not already exist, follow these steps to configure:

  1. Open EcoSys Connect and go to the Agents tab.

  2. Create an agent called "Connect Agent".

  3. Set the Queue to the queue that has been configured for your Connect environment. Verify the queue name with your Connect administrator. The default queue name is "connectQueue" but could potentially be set to something else during installation.
