Once all the mapping rules have been established, the data should be pushed to the EcoSys cost control structure.
The Commitments and Actuals imports will automatically push mapped transactions as the last step of the import process.
It is also possible to manually push transactions from the SAP Project Mapping Screen by running the following actions for a selected project:

Push PO Line items to Mapped Objects

Push Actuals to Mapped Objects
It is also possible to preview the data before pushing the transactions by clicking on the Preview link under PO Costs or Actuals. This will display a report previewing what costs will be pushed.
Once the "push" process has completed, the PO Cost and Actuals amounts will zero out on the SAP panel and move over to the EcoSys side.
When all amounts are zero on the SAP side then it means all costs have been successfully mapped and pushed to the EcoSys cost control structure.
