The SAP Connector requires Authenticators to be configured for SAP and EcoSys. Authenticators provide the login credentials to the web services API’s.

A native EcoSys user account should already exist dedicated for API integration purposes. If not, check with your EcoSys administrator.

If it does not already exist, configure the EcoSys Authenticator:

  1. Open EcoSys Connect and go to the Authenticators tab.

  2. Create an Authenticator called "EcoSys"

  3. Set the Type to "EcoSys"

  4. Set the Username and Password to the correct values.

If it does not already exist, configure the SAP Authenticator:

An SAP user account should already exist that is dedicated for API integration purposes. If not, check with your SAP administrator.

  1. Open EcoSys Connect and go to the Authenticators tab.

  2. Create an Authenticator called "SAP"

  3. Set the Type to "Basic HTTP"

  4. Set the Username and Password to the correct values.
