Archiving Connect Jobs - EcoSys - 1.1 - Connectors & Integration - Hexagon

It is recommended to save the original Connect Job before making any changes to the default configuration.

Follow the steps below to save a Connect Job:

1. In the Job Status screen, select the checkbox next to the Job name to select the Job (or Jobs) that you want to backup.

2. Click Export Checked Jobs icon.

   This will export the selected jobs to a .json file with the Job configuration. This .json file will have a generic filename with the current system date. You can rename the file appropriately, for example, "P6 Activity to Task Import-archive.json", and copy the file to another folder to archive.

You can also re-import the Job to maintain a copy within EcoSys Connect. Follow the steps below:

1. Export the Job.

2. Rename the Job in Connect. For example, "P6 Activity to Task Import-save"

3. Import the exported .json file.
