The top panel is used for settings which are stored as lists.
For instance, the list of P6 Activity Codes to import and how to map them to EcoSys Task Categories. These settings have the "Is List of Values" checkbox enabled.
When you click the blue Property Value link, list of values is displayed in the right panel. You can edit the existing values and also add additional rows in this panel.
New list properties can be created from the Functions dialog and selecting "EcoSys Connect Admin". This will open the admin dialog window to create new properties and set the "Is List of Values" checkbox.
