Relational databases like Oracle automatically optimize based on the data that is loaded. If data is loaded or changed, the relational database needs to rescan the data to achieve the best performance. With Oracle databases, you can optimize database performance by using the AWR and the Analyze utility. The more the database changes, the more often the database administrator should run the Analyze utility.
