The following sections illustrate examples of Integrity deployment options. These examples are by no means the complete range of options. Integrity is very flexible and can be deployed in many different ways, depending on network architecture, firewalls, and security policies. Work with your PAS contact to establish the deployment configuration most suitable to your site.
Multiple Data Collectors, which are recommended for medium and large sites, can be used with any of these options.
Typical Dual Network Deployment
DMZ - Clients Available from Business Network or Process Control Network
This deployment option illustrates working with a DMZ, with a server on the Business Network (BN), and Integrity data collector on the Process Control Network (PCN). Clients are available from the Business Network or the Process Control Network.
Separate Integrity Server & SQL Server with Additional Firewall Security
Web Clients are available on the Business Network (BN), with Server and SQL Server on the Process Control Network (PCN) with Web Clients access. This deployment is not recommended for Real-time Applications, due to access issues.
Shared Integrity Server & SQL Server with Distributed Databases
