Isogen Version
13.0(2016)

Displays Isogen and user-specified attributes that are currently allowed for a pipeline. You can output pipeline attribute values to the isometric drawing (1) and to report files (2).

Attribute names and descriptions

ALT-DESIGN-PRESSURE

Specifies the alternative design pressure for the pipeline.

ALT-DESIGN- TEMPERATURE

Specifies the alternative design temperature for the pipeline.

AREA

Identifies the section of the project to which the pipeline belongs. Used interchangeably with BATCH.

ATTRIBUTE0 to ATTRIBUTE199

Provides up to 200 user-specified general-purpose pipeline attributes that can be output in reports or plotted on isometric drawings.

BATCH

Identifies a section of the project to which the pipeline belongs. Used interchangeably with AREA.

BEND-RADIUS

CLEANING- REQUIREMENT

Indicates the cleaning procedure to use after testing.

CONSTRUCTION-TYPE

Specifies the construction status of the equipment, such as new, existing, future, demolish, and so forth.

CONSTRUCTION-WORK-PACKAGE

Specifies the construction work package to which the pipeline is assigned.

DATE-DMY

Indicates the date, where D=Day, M=Month, and Y=Year. Specify in any order.

DESIGN-CODE

Specifies the design code for the pipeline.

DESIGN-PRESSURE

Specifies the allowable design pressure.

DESIGN-TEMPERATURE

Specifies the allowable design temperature.

ENGINEERING-WORK-PACKAGE

Specifies the engineering work package to which the pipeline is assigned.

FLUID-CODE

Indicates the type of fluid intended to flow through the pipeline.

FROM

Specifies the start connection of the pipeline (for example, the equipment/instrument tag or line number).

HANDOVER-SUBSYSTEM-ID

Specifies a unique identification number for the handover subsystem.

HANDOVER-SYSTEM-ID

Specifies a unique identification number for the handover system.

HIGHEST-ASSEMBLY-NUMBER

Specifies the highest assembly number generated on the previous run of the pipeline.

HIGHEST-PART-NUMBER

Specifies the highest part number generated during the previous run of the pipeline.

HIGHEST-SPOOL-NUMBER

Specifies the highest spool number generated on the previous run of the pipeline.

HIGHEST-SUPPORT-WELD-NUMBER

Specifies the highest pipe support weld number generated on the previous run of the pipeline.

HIGHEST-UNIQUE- PART-IDENTIFIER

Specifies the highest unique part identifier generated on the previous run of the pipeline.

HIGHEST-WELD-NUMBER

Specifies the highest weld number generated on the previous run of the pipeline.

INSTALLATION-WORK-PACKAGE

Specifies the installation work package to which the pipeline is assigned.

INSULATION-SPEC

Specifies the default insulation specification reference.

INSULATION-SPEC-NUMBER

Specifies the identification code for the insulation specification.

INSULATION-THICKNESS

Specifies the width of the insulation from the internal surface of the pipeline to the external surface.

ITEM-ATTRIBUTE0 to ITEM-ATTRIBUTE9

Provides up to 10 user-specified attributes for use where component material descriptions are broken down into a series of short elements where data is defined in dynamic keywords such as MATL RATING SPEC THKS. This provides an alternative method to having a single long material description in a component DESCRIPTION attribute.

LINE-ID

Specifies a unique identification code for the pipeline.

MAIN-NOMINAL-SIZE

Specifies the diameter of the main segment of a pipeline.

MATERIAL-OF-CONSTRUCTION

Specifies the pipeline material of construction.

MISC-SPEC1 to MISC-SPEC5

Provides for up to five user-specified miscellaneous specification references that can hold additional, arbitrary data.

NDT-REQUIREMENT

Indicates if the pipeline requires non-destructive testing.

NOMINAL-CLASS

Identifies the pipeline design class.

NOMINAL-RATING

Identifies the pressure rating for the pipeline.

OFFSET-IMPERIAL

Specifies the offset in feet from datum point.

OFFSET-METRIC

Specifies the offset in meters from datum point.

OPERATING-PRESSURE

Specifies the pressure of the service fluid during operation.

OPERATING-TEMPERATURE

Specifies the temperature of the service fluid during operation.

OUTPUT-FILE-NAME

Overrides the default name given to the Isogen-generated drawing file.

Because the drawing file name is usually defined with the style settings, we do not recommend using this attribute.

PAINT-COLOR

Defines the coating type for the pipeline.

PAINTING-SPEC

Specifies the default painting specification.

PID-DRAWING-NUMBER

Identifies the P&ID number from which the pipeline originates.

PID-REVISION

Identifies the P&ID revision.

PIPELINE-REFERENCE

Specifies the pipeline name.

PIPELINE-TEMP

Defines the design or operating temperature for the pipeline.

PIPELINE-TYPE

Indicates the type of pipeline construction.

PIPING-SPEC

Specifies the default piping specification reference.

PROCUREMENT-WORK- PACKAGE

Specifies the procurement work package to which the pipeline is assigned.

PROJECT-IDENTIFIER

Specifies the project number or name.

PWHT-REQUIREMENT

Indicates if the pipeline requires post weld heat treatment.

REPLOT

Indicates whether there is a single isometric re-plot request. Valid input data is TRUE (re-plot is enabled) or FALSE (re-plot is disabled).

REVISION

Specifies the revision identifier of the pipeline.

SEQUENCE-NUMBER

Identifies an additional number used in situations where a third-party system, such as the Fabrication shop control system, automatically assigns a sequence number to the processed pipeline.

SPECIFIC-GRAVITY

Specifies the specific gravity of the pipeline contents.

SPOOL-PREFIX

Specifies the string Isogen uses when creating spool identifiers.

SPOOL-NAMING-RULE

Indicates the text string that specifies the spool prefix, type of identifier (alpha or numeric), and the length of the spool identifier.
