The Diagnostic Utility checks that a 3D Graphics Data Service has been started for each plant that has been retrieved.

  • The service for plant [plant name] could not be found

The Diagnostic Utility could not detect a 3D Graphic Data Service running for the plant. A heartbeat message was sent via RabbitMQ and a response was not returned. The 3D GDS Manager tries to start a service for a plant up to five times, and then stops the attempt.

Check the log files located in the standard Program Data directory for more possible information on why the service is not able to run.

Ensure all settings are correct. If the problem persists, contact your system administrator or HxGN technical support (Smart Community).

  • There is an issue with plant [plant name]

The Diagnostic Utility could not detect a 3D Graphic Data Service running for the plant for an unspecified reason.

Check the log files located in the standard Program Data folder for more possible information on why the service is not able to run.
