If you have the Windows Firewall turned on, you must add an incoming rule to allow connections to secure ports that VDS uses.

In the Windows Control Panel, click Windows Firewall.

In the Windows Firewall dialog, click Advanced Settings.

In the Windows Firewall with Advanced Security dialog, right-click Inbound Rules and click New Rule.

In the New Inbound Rule wizard, make these selections as you work through the wizard:

IT department to ensure that their VPN solution grants access to these secure ports.
