If you are installing service packs for HxGN Smart Materials Connector for Jovix, follow the below mentioned steps:

HxGN Smart Materials Connector for Jovix Service Packs cannot be removed. If the
Service Pack installation fails or if you face any problems after installing the Service
Pack, create a Service Request on Smart Support or contact Smart Materials Support
for further instructions.

Copy the SMatJovix folder to the application server where HxGN Smart Materials Connector for Jovix is installed.

On the application server, open the SMatJovix folder.

Double-click MatJovix_SPxx_v.v.v.v.v.exe (xx replaced by the current Service Pack number and v.v.v.v.v replaced by the current version).
If you are not logged in as an administrator, right-click MatJovix_SPxx_v.v.v.v.v.exe and select Run as administrator.

Click Start Setup.

When the installation completes successfully, select View Readme, and click Finish.
