In the Jovix mobile application, navigate to Receipts and then tap Create a Receipt.

In the Status drop down select Open and then tap Create.

Tap and select Direct Receipt.
You can either select an existing catalog item or create a new catalog item.

Tap Skip to create a new catalog item.

Type 0 (zero) as packing list quantity.

Type receiving quantity, status, location, and then tap Next.

Type the associate RFID tag and then tap Next.

Attach a photo and then tap Next Item.

To continue adding other items, select the next catalog item and repeat steps 5 through 9, else tap Finish.
Ensure that the Status (Site material status in Smart Materials) and Location (Warehouse in Smart Materials) selected in Jovix are available in Smart Materials. In case the selected status is not available in Smart Materials then the value is fetched from the project default ZC_Status for integration else the integration fails.

Navigate to Receipts screen.

Select the receipt that you created.

Tap and then select Complete Receipt > Confirm > and then set the receipt status to Completed.
Integration of the receipt with Smart Materials is initiated.
Once the receipt status is set to Completed, do not select Complete Receipt again. When the data is downloaded the receipts with status Completed are not displayed in Jovix mobile app.
In case integration fails then:

The integrated data is rolled back in Smart Materials and the receipt status is set to Open.

Navigate to Jovix Integration Report in Smart Materials Web and check the errors in the log file.

Resolve the errors and then set the receipt status to Completed either from the Jovix mobile app or Jovix web application to initiate the integration again.
if you are using the Jovix mobile app, you must always download the data to get the updated receipt status.
