Integration of MTR By Reservation

Pass MTR Ownership to Jovix

1. Create MTR by Reservation in Smart Materials and select on Pass to Jovix then following happens,

   • MTR header and it’s line items are integrated to Jovix as per the data mapping table.

   • MTR header and items are visible in Jovix MTR and MTR items screens respectively.

   • MTR ownership is transferred to Jovix and ownership status is updated as "Jovix Control" and status is updated as Open in Jovix.

2. MTR is integrated to Jovix when it’s corresponding inventory materials are available in Jovix as mentioned in prerequisite.

3. If a New Warehouse-Location hierarchy is not available in Jovix then, location hierarchy is created and assigned to the MTR line items in Jovix

4. When MTR ownership is with Jovix then, in Smart Materials the user is not allowed to add/update/delete/Post the corresponding MTR and it’s items.

Recall MTR Ownership from Jovix

1. When MTR is in Open state in Jovix

   • When user select on Recall from Jovix in Smart Materials, the MTR ownership will be recalled from Jovix to Smart Materials provided the MTR status is Open in Jovix.

   • When MTR ownership is with Smart Materials then user can add/update/delete/Post the corresponding MTR and its items.

   • If any new MTR item is added or existing item is updated or deleted, then on MTR ownership transfer these data will be updated in Jovix.

   • If the MTR is Posted or Deleted in Smart Materials, then immediately the MTR and its items are deleted in Jovix provided the MTR is in Open state in Jovix.

   • If any MTR which is not available in Jovix is Posted in Smart Materials then it is neither integrated to Jovix nor it’s inventory is updated in Jovix.

2. When MTR is in In Progress state in Jovix:

   • Then user cannot Recall MTR ownership from Jovix and cannot make any changes to this MTR in Smart Materials (i.e. post/unpost/delete the MTR).
