Workflow for MTR by Reservation integration between Smart Materials and Jovix

Create a MTR by reservation in Smart Materials and then select on Pass to Jovix button.

After selecting Pass to Jovix in Smart Materials, the MTR is integrated in Jovix as MTR and MTR item.

In the Jovix mobile app, select Download Data.

In the MTR screen, select the recently integrated Material Transfer (MTR in Smart Materials).

Select
and select Pick MTR Materials. This displays the list of MTR items to be picked.

Select any MTR Item and then select the MTR item.

Enter the quantity for Picked, the Status and the Location,

Select Pick, Next and then select Next Item.

Repeat steps 6 through 12 to pick other items in the MTR.

Select Finish to complete picking of Items

Select Items and then select the Pick List Item.

Select
and select Complete Pick List.

Select Confirm and then select Accept.

In Jovix, Picklist Status is updated to Completed_MTR and MTR status to Completed which initiates integration to Smart Materials.

In Jovix, MTR Items, Picked Quantity is updated as Quantity Transferring and Picked Location/Status are updated against New Location and New Status respectively.

Once the integration is successful then in Smart Materials Material transfer screen, you can view the updated values of moved quantity (Quantity transferring in Jovix), New Location, New Status and MTR is Posted.

This completes the integration.
You can check the integration status in Jovix integration report whose entity type
is "materialtransfers" and logfile name as "JOVIX_MTR_POST<MTR_ID>_<Date in dd-mm-yyyy_Time
in hhmmss>.log"

In case of failure, the MTR status in Jovix is set to In Progress. You can see the errors in the logs and fix it and set the MTR to Complete in Jovix Web application to re-initiate the data integration from Jovix.
Once the integrated MTR is Posted, it cannot be Unposted in Smart Materials.
