You an use the reports to check the integration status of different modules and also to re-sync the failed data. You can access the Jovix Integration Reports from Smart Materials Web > Other Tasks > Jovix Integration Report. The Jovix Integration Report provides the following information:
Project - Specifies the Smart Materials project name.
Entity Type - Specifies the Smart Materials entity type. For example, PO, SRN, Receipts, and so on. For more information on the common terminology in Smart Materials and Joix, see Common terms.

Entity Name - Specifies the Smart Materials entity name. For example, name of the document.
Job Name - Specifies the Smart Materials database job name.
Status - Specifies the integration status:

Success - Specifies that the integration succeeded.

Failed - Specifies that the integration failed.

Scheduled - Specifies that the job is scheduled and running.

On-hold - Specifies that the job is waiting on completion of another job. For example, when ownership of a Release Notes is passed to Jovix, and if the corresponding Purchase Order is not yet integrated, then a job for Purchase Order integration is initiated. In this case, the RN job status is set to On-hold. Once the PO integration is successful, the RN job status is automatically set to Scheduled.

Excluded - Specifies that the PO job is excluded from integration (from Smart Materials to Jovix) based on the CIP m_jvx_pck_po_custom.exclude_po. When a RN tries to integrate an excluded PO then the status of the RN is also set to Excluded.

Queued - Specifies that the job has not yet started but is in queue.
Re-Initiate - Is a button and is enabled only for Smart Materials to Jovix integration and when the integration fails. You can click the button to restart the integration.
Log File - Specifies the integration log file name. Click the log file to view the file details.
Data Transfer - Specifies the direction of data transfer. Either Smart Materials to Jovix or Jovix to Smart Materials.
Created Date - Specifies the date on which the integration job was created.
Last Initiated - Specifies the last initiated date of the integration job.
Jovix Entity Id - Specifies the Jovix entity identity.
Jovix Project - Specifies the Jovix project used for integration job.
Jovix Event Type - Specifies the Jovix event type.
Comments - Displays the comments for the integration job.
