Triggering Points:
-
When the Pass to Jovix button is selected in Smart Materials MTR then, MTR is integrated to Jovix along with its ownership.

When the Recall From Jovix button is selected in Smart Materials MTR then, MTR ownership is recalled back to Smart Materials only when the MTR status is Open in Jovix.
Pass to Jovix and Recall From Jovix buttons are available in Smart Materials Web and Smart Materials Classic applications.

When MTR is Deleted in Smart Materials then it is also deleted in Jovix.

When MTR is Posted in Smart Materials then it is deleted in Jovix only when the MTR status is Open in Jovix.
Prerequisite

Project default ZI_JX_SWCH should be set to Yes.

SITE JOVIX INTEGRATION privilege should be assigned to the login user/role.

MTR should be of type MTR by Reservation code.
Pass to Jovix and Recall From Jovix buttons are enabled in Smart Materials Classic and Smart Materials Web only if the
above three conditions are met.

An inventory item from MTR must be available in Materials screen of Jovix with the following unique combination:

Integration fails in case a material with the unique combinations mentioned above are not available in Materials screen of Jovix.

To meet above prerequisite the materials should either be received in Jovix or Post the MRR that is created in Smart Materials and integrate it to Jovix.

Log files
You can check the integration status and logs in the Jovix Integration Report in Smart Materials and Smart Materials Web. The log files are saved in the path defined under the DBA setting LOG_FILE_DEST.

The naming format of the log files for creating MTR in Jovix is as follows:
JOVIX_MTR_INTEGRATION<MTR_ID>_<Date in dd-mm-yyyy_Time in hhmmss>.log

The naming format of the log files for recalling ownership from Jovix is as follows:
JOVIX_RECALL_MTR_OWNERSHIP<MTR_ID>_<Date in dd-mm-yyyy_Time in hhmmss>.log

The naming format of the log files for deleting MTR in JOvix is as follows:
