The assignee can view and respond to the issue. Assignee can assign other project users to an issue, attach the required documents, and add comments to resolve the issue.

On the hamburger menu, click Issue Management
.

Filter the issue that is assigned to you and click the required issue card.

Expand Attachments and check the hyperlink added automatically while creating this issue.
Tip: Click the hyperlink, which will open TruView and take the user directly to the location where the Issue was created.

On the Issues panel, click RESPOND.

In the Overview section, change the Status accordingly.

Expand Attachments and attach the issue related documents.

In the Comments section, type your response and press Enter.

Click SUBMIT.
